About us
An immigration services firm with U.S. project and business operating capability
Covering EB-5 investment immigration, business immigration, employer-sponsored routes, extraordinary-ability and family-based cases — with both direct-investment and regional center options, plus U.S. company formation, acquisition and operations.
What the business consists of
- · Immigration services: route analysis, case design, document organization, end-to-end progress management
- · Work with licensed attorneys: legal judgment, filing strategy, legal documents and procedural communication
- · U.S. projects and operations: direct-investment projects, company formation and acquisition, real operations and employer resources
Service model
How we deliver a U.S. immigration plan
Start with the route. Family structure, capital and business background, credentials and timing determine which route is realistic. We rule out the ones that don't fit in the first conversation instead of consuming your time.
Then the U.S. side. For EB-5 you can consider a direct-investment project we take part in operating, or a third-party regional center project. For business immigration we can handle U.S. company formation, acquisition and actual operations. For employer-sponsored routes we start by verifying the employer entity and the job. Not every engagement uses one of our own projects, and not every project belongs to us.
The legal work sits with a licensed U.S. immigration attorney within an actual engagement: eligibility, filing strategy, evidence, legal documents, RFE responses and procedural communication. TIHU does not provide legal advice.
One team coordinates the whole process: Chinese-language communication, document checklists, timeline, U.S.-side execution and the legal steps — you don't have to stitch them together yourself.
Comparable routes
All six routes are described using the same fields — conditions, timing, cost, risk — so you can compare instead of being pushed toward one.
Execution in the U.S.
Projects, companies and employers are handled with a team that actually operates in the U.S., not handed off and forgotten.
A trackable process
What happens at each stage, where the documents stand, and what the next milestone is — all explicit.
Checkable relationships
Where an affiliated or self-operated project is involved, we state the roles, who receives payment and the economic interest, so you can judge for yourself.

Book a structured initial consultation
We start with your family structure, timing requirements and available resources, tell you which parts are workable and which are not, and then recommend a next step. An initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not legal advice.
We only collect basic contact details and one short question. Please do not send passport data, A-numbers, receipt numbers, bank statements or a full case history.
