Legal information
Disclaimer
The following describes the most important boundaries between us and you. Please read it before making any decision.
Non-government agency notice
TIHU U.S. Immigration is an immigration service and client-service organization, not a U.S. government agency, and has no affiliation, agency relationship, or endorsement from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor, or any government department.
Acceptance or approval of a project's filings by any government agency does not represent an endorsement by the government of that project's commercial value, financial safety, or return of investment.
Not legal advice
All content on this website is general information and educational content; it does not constitute legal advice and is not directed at any specific case. The application of immigration law depends heavily on individual case facts and current policy.
Browsing this website, submitting the booking form, or having an initial conversation with us does not create an attorney-client relationship with any attorney or law firm. An engagement relationship is formed only upon signing a written engagement agreement.
When a knowledge-base article's legal review status is marked "Pending attorney review," that means the article has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. We will never claim an article has been attorney-reviewed when it has not.
Not investment advice or an offer
This website does not constitute an offer or solicitation of any securities, nor does it constitute investment, financial, or tax advice. Any EB-5-related investment involves risk of loss of principal, and the investment must remain at risk.
Approval of an immigration application and safety of invested principal are two separate matters. No organization can promise return of principal, investment returns, or an exit timeline.
No promise of outcomes
We do not promise eligibility, processing time, visa bulletin movement, approval outcomes, return of invested principal, investment returns, or the continuation of an employment relationship.
An employer does not "provide a green card." The accurate description is: a verified U.S. employer provides a genuine, ongoing position and, where lawful and applicable, supports an employment-based immigration process.
Policy is time-sensitive
Investment amounts, government fees, processing times, visa bulletin dates, and policy rules can change. Content involving such data should be verified against the latest USCIS and U.S. Department of State publications. If content on this site conflicts with an official publication, the official publication controls.
Tax content
Content involving tax matters is general educational information and does not constitute tax advice. Individual and family tax arrangements should be evaluated case-by-case by a qualified U.S. tax attorney or CPA.
Independent legal entities and separation of responsibility
The project sponsor, employer, attorney or law firm, regional center, and China-side service company may be separate, independent legal entities, and their rights, obligations, and responsibilities are governed by the contract each of them signs. The conduct of one party does not automatically create liability for another.
When a resource has an affiliation or compensation arrangement with TIHU, we disclose it in writing before you sign, along with how it may affect the independence of our recommendations.
Scope of service
We focus exclusively on U.S. immigration matters. We do not handle tourist visas, student visas, or general visa appointment services, and we do not handle asylum, removal defense, undocumented, or humanitarian cases, nor immigration to any other country.
Nonimmigrant categories such as L-1, O-1, and H-1B are mentioned only where relevant to employment-based green card planning; this site does not market them as standalone products.
Third-party links
This site includes links to government agencies and third-party websites for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party websites.
