Legal assessment
A licensed attorney assesses eligibility, evidence and strategy, including unfavorable facts and alternatives. This is the first point where you get a legal conclusion you can rely on.

Depends on resource type
Resource verification & selection
For pathways involving a project, employer or company, we verify the resource at this stage and disclose any relationship or compensation arrangement. Affiliated and third-party projects are held to the same comparison standard.

Review time before signing
Formal engagement & contracts
You sign separate documents with the attorney or law firm, the service company, and — where applicable — the project sponsor or employer. Each contract's party, fees, refund terms and scope of responsibility should be confirmed independently.

Ongoing throughout
Filing execution & progress management
Document assembly, filing, responses to requests for evidence, tracking Visa Bulletin movement, and stage-by-stage updates. When something changes (employer adjustment, a retrogressing date, an RFE), we lay out the options and their impact before you decide.

After approval
Pre- and post-landing support
Medical exam and interview preparation, entry and landing logistics, residency-fact and travel-risk considerations, tax obligations, children's school transition, and a basic outline of the naturalization timeline ahead.
