This page tells you two things: what you can verify yourself and how, and what requires your written authorization for us to check on your behalf. It's not about you checking up on us — it's about giving you the tools and paths, and doing the deeper checks when you authorize us.

How to use this page

Items marked "check yourself" come with a lookup path and keywords — you can verify them in public databases without relying on us. Items marked "authorized check" require your written authorization for us to retrieve and verify on your behalf. Either way, every piece of information is marked with a last-verified date — never filled with fabricated content.

Two ways to check

What you check yourself, what we check for you

Check it yourself

The USCIS approved regional center list, I-956F project approval status, state entity registration and good-standing records, state bar license and discipline records — all public databases anyone can search. We give you the lookup path and keywords; you can verify them yourself without relying on us.

Authorize us to check

When non-public information is needed, you authorize us in writing and we verify on your behalf: project structure, affiliation and compensation disclosure, position and fee ranges, comparison tables. Initiated after an initial conversation confirms fit.

Authorization + NDA

Materials involving commercially sensitive or third-party information: offering documents, financial statements, payroll tax filings, core contracts. After you sign an NDA, we retrieve them on your behalf or arrange data-room access.

Five subjects, and what to check on each

Each item is tagged "check yourself" or "authorized check." "Check yourself" items come with a path you can verify independently; "authorized check" items require your written authorization. Specific project, company and employer entity names are provided per engagement — not listed on public pages.

Regional center

  • · Whether the RC is on the USCIS approved list (check yourself: uscis.gov, search Approved EB-5 Regional Centers)
  • · Whether the project's I-956F approval has been published (check yourself: USCIS website)
  • · RC state and ID number (check yourself)
  • · Whether the project entity name is authorized for disclosure by the RC (authorized check)

Projects (EB-5)

  • · NCE and JCE relationship and the flow of funds (authorized check)
  • · Capital structure and where the investor sits (authorized check)
  • · Job-creation methodology, its basis, and the cushion (authorized check)
  • · Source and preconditions of repayment or exit (authorized check)
  • · Collateral, guarantees and the guarantor's ability to perform (authorized check)
  • · Where the service provider's compensation comes from, and affiliations (authorized check)

Companies

  • · State registration and good standing, licenses and insurance (check yourself at state gov + authorized check for details)
  • · Customer contracts, invoices and bank records (authorized check)
  • · Org structure, job duties and who is actually managed (authorized check)
  • · Payroll records and payroll-tax filings (authorized check)

Employers

  • · Entity registration, years in operation and actual premises (check yourself at state gov + authorized check for details)
  • · Genuine need for the role, full-time status and worksite (authorized check)
  • · Wage level and the financial basis for ability to pay (authorized check)
  • · Lawful limits on who bears which fees (authorized check)

Attorneys and firms

  • · Scope of engagement, who handles it, and responsibility (authorized check)

How to check

Self-check paths, authorized-check scope

Regional center verification (check yourself)

  1. 01On the USCIS website, search the "Approved EB-5 Immigrant Investor Regional Centers" page by name or ID to confirm whether the RC is approved — anyone can do this, no need for us.
  2. 02On the USCIS website, check whether the project's I-956F approval has been published — this is USCIS public information you can verify yourself.
  3. 03RC approval status and I-956F approval are institutional public facts, not privacy or trade secrets. We don't publish them and don't need to — you check USCIS directly.
  4. 04Project entity names, offering documents and other non-public information require authorization and are provided at the engagement stage — outside the self-check scope.

Project verification method (authorized check)

  1. 01After authorization, confirm the legal entity: state registration record, good-standing status, equity and management structure.
  2. 02After authorization, confirm the structure: NCE / JCE relationship, flow of funds, offering documents and investor rights.
  3. 03After authorization, confirm job-creation methodology: calculation method, expenditure and revenue assumptions, size of the job cushion.
  4. 04After authorization, confirm the source of repayment and collateral: exit path, lien priority, and whether the guarantor can actually perform.
  5. 05After authorization, confirm financial relationships: who pays whom, and whether related-party transactions or conflicts exist.

Company verification method

  1. 01(Check yourself) State registration and good standing: the Secretary of State website lets you search on your own.
  2. 02(Authorized check) Details of licenses, insurance and tax registration.
  3. 03(Authorized check) Evidence of real operations: client contracts, invoices and bank records, supply-chain records.
  4. 04(Authorized check) Organizational structure: job roles, reporting lines, actual employees on staff.
  5. 05(Authorized check) Workforce compliance: payroll records, payroll tax filings, employment-eligibility verification records.

Employer verification method

  1. 01(Check yourself) Entity registration and years in operation: the state government website lets you search on your own.
  2. 02(Authorized check) Whether the position is long-standing, full-time, and matches its job description.
  3. 03(Authorized check) Whether ability to pay can be supported by financial documentation.
  4. 04(Authorized check) Whether costs the employer is legally required to bear are being shifted to the applicant.

Attorney verification (check yourself + authorized check)

  1. 01(Check yourself) Confirm license status and disciplinary history in the state bar's public database — anyone can do this, no need for us.
  2. 02(Authorized check) Confirm who the engaged party is: which attorney or firm, and who bears responsibility.
  3. 03(Authorized check) Confirm scope of representation and what is excluded, so it is not conflated with commercial services.
  4. 04(Authorized check) Confirm the communication process: who answers legal questions, and in what written form it is documented.
