Question and answer text never enters the URL, analytics or logs; analytics hold only fixed anonymous counts (opened, asked, summary drafted, moved to booking, rate limited, source or next-step clicked). To prevent abuse the server turns the visiting address into a short-lived pseudonymous counting key — the address itself is not stored — used only for rate-limit windows and cleared when they expire. Your question is sent to this site's server, which calls a model on the Lovable AI platform to generate the answer; we make no retention promise on that platform's behalf. Please do not enter passport, A- or receipt numbers — answers do not need them.
